A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one months rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $450 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 4 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 4 days of the expected availability date.

Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $25 per mo. rent. Pet screening will be completed prior to move in.
