If you have multiple Ownerships you will need to have a user name and password for each ownership. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your request.
Once you have signed up for portal access, you will no longer receive statements in your email. You will receive a payment notification that will include a link to the portal where you will access reports. Questions regarding your statements should be emailed to your property manager. If you do not know the name of your property manager please let us know by sending us an email to accounting.boise@homeriver.com. We'll reply with the name of your property manager and their email address.
