The Lancaster Apartments in Boise are conveniently located off of Hill Rd near Bogus Basin, and have so much to offer! Each unit has been newly renovated to include hardwood floors, brand new carpet, washer and dryer, custom cabinetry and new paint! These spacious two and three bedroom apartments are very well laid out, featuring extra hall closets, oversized closets*, cabinetry in the laundry area, and so much more.
These apartments have 2 and 3 bedroom units from 1,075 to 1,475 sq ft., hardwood floors, updated kitchen, washer dryer in unit, carpet in bedrooms, and a patio.
There is a $30.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.
A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.
A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease.
Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date.
2 pet max, up to 50 lbs. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $40 mo/rent and pet screening per pet prior to move in. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
