HomeRiver Group has an experienced accounting department with two CPA’s on staff. We utilize property management software to optimize the property owners experience. We also have a knowledgeable team that is experienced in HOA management. Every association we manage is operated as a separate legal entity with its own bank account. The association is managed under the direction of the elected officers or board of directors.
Accounting Highlights:
- Collect HOA dues, assessments and other fees

We utilize Rent Manager which is a comprehensive and robust property management and accounting software. This enables us to track all necessary information and provide accuracy and transparency in accounting.

HomeRiver Group Property Management is based in Meridian, Idaho and has been managing residential rental properties, apartment complexes, and Homeowners Associations for over 10 years. We currently manage 21 HOA’s and we specialize in the management of 4-plex communities with multiple owners. Home River Group is active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is one of three management companies in Idaho to hold the distinguished Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) Designation.
Our main office is located at 625 S Stratford Dr Ste 200, Meridian, ID 83642. We currently have 80 employees including property managers, office staff, accounting, and full-service maintenance. We have strong working relationships with many contractors and vendors who may provide services for the HOA. Because of the volume of business, we have been able to negotiate competitive pricing with these vendors. We also have a full-service maintenance department on-staff including HVAC technicians, appliance repair, painting, sheetrock, and general construction and maintenance.
